State Rep. Jason Woolford, R-Howell, was officially sworn in for his first term in office by Michigan Supreme Court Justice Brian Zahra on Monday, Dec. 23, at the Capitol in Lansing. Also pictured is Woolford’s wife Marie Woolford.

Rep. Meerman was sworn into office for his fourth term today. Michigan’s 103rd legislative term began following today’s swearing-in ceremony.

The returning legislator is a lifelong resident of the 89th House District and previously served as a Polkton Township Trustee. He was first elected to the Michigan House in November 2018.
